When we heard about the recently completed Ipath Tour of Europe or wherever, we figured it would be rude not to take a few minutes to ask them all the burning questions you had for them… about hemp.
Its no secret that of all the companies out there, Ipath are the keenest to promote the use of the lovely lovely strong and renewable resource that is hemp. So we figured that now was the best time to grill their riders to find out how much they know hemp and its derivatives in our snappily titled: How Much Do Ipath Team Know About Dank Quiz?
Not having extensive experience with such a substance (and our lawyers, if we could afford them, would be keen for us to state that we would not encourage you to either) all questions have been garnered from the most reliable and not completely useless Wikipedia’s questions page:
If I’m honest, I’m not entirely sure that they all really got the whole point but we can’t really deny that some of them feel very strongly about hemp and its less legal cousins and if nothing else, you might learn something. Maybe.

Hemp is pesticide free while cotton is one of the very worst crops in the world to grow commercially – requiring the most pesticide to grow. Hemp provides food too from its oil and hemp is THC free too but you see it as weed and that is why its still not grown legally in the US. Read about hemp. Google it. It is not pot and u need to be talking about hemp as what could save the economy and the environment regardless of any issues pending with marijuana. Two very different topics and issues. Bob Garcelon- East Coast Rep: First off cannabis is non addictive. It can be habit forming because the human body is already making virtually the same compounds called endocannabinoids. The endogenous cannabinoids 2AG and Anandamide are in breast milk and our bodies are making them all the time to help regulate all physiological processes via the endocannabinoid system. Just Google endocannabinoids and also endocannabinoids in neonatal development ……..
So basically the Mom should chill out because our bodies naturally make these compounds that have the same agonist response with the CB1 and CB2 receptors…

Bob Garcelon: I’ve seen cases where folks have an over stimulated endocannabinoid system and it leads to problems with reproduction, however this is not always the same with everyone. Women naturally produce more endogenous cannabinoids during ovulation.

Bob Garcelon: Perhaps, the Chinese culture has utilized cannabis hemp for many years and is still the leader in industrial hemp manufacturing for fiber.

Sabback: I dunno.

Bob Garcelon: Maybe irritated taste buds depending on the strain of cannabis and perhaps the level of contaminants. Also if the temperature of the smoke or vapor is to hot it could burn the back of the tongue and create small bumps. I’ve actually seen studies that show that pure THC cannabinoids enhance the taste buds ability to sense sweetness.
How do you stop smoking marijuana after doing so habitually for 15 years?
Sabback: Man up and get a job.
Raybourn: Relax just do it.
Jaws: You just stop
Bob Garcelon: Eat it instead or simply stop… Also eat more omegas and other essential fatty acids because they are converted into endoannabinoids.
